Our animals are raised on the west coast of Wellington overlooking the Cook Strait. Our meat benefits from the salt laden breezes that sweep the Wellington coast, seasoning the diverse pastures our animals graze on. This natural touch infuses our meat with a Wellington-grown flavor that we think is worth sharing with you.
